- I want to start drinking a lot more water, at least 4 glasses a day to get started.
- I want to start exercising at least twice a week, whether that be yoga, running, bike riding, going to the gym etc.
- I need to start eating more healthy, nutritious foods and less sugary, junk foods.
- I should really make a habit of getting all my homework/ revision for the week done by Sunday rather than munching it over to the next week.
- And finally, I want to have a least 1 volunteer project going all the time, it could be either in or out of school. I have already started this by volunteering to help with the school musical 'Cabaret', I will be helping with scenery, props and directing.
