Change your life...

I'm feeling quite motivated today to set myself some goals and change the way I live on a day-to-day basis. Firstly, let me just explain that, at the moment, I do no exercise whatsoever, I eat very unhealthy foods daily and I often find myself bored when I spend all day lying around in bed/ on the sofa watching TV and moves and YouTube videos. So that's pretty much why I want to start making a change in my life, I don't know how long it will last but  let hope it's a long time! I'll keep you up to date every Sunday on how each of my goals is going.

  1. I want to start drinking a lot more water, at least 4 glasses a day to get started.
  2. I want to start exercising at least twice a week, whether that be yoga, running, bike  riding, going to the gym etc. 
  3. I need to start eating more healthy, nutritious foods and less sugary, junk foods. 
  4. I should really make a habit of getting all my homework/ revision for the week done by Sunday rather than munching it over to the next week.
  5. And finally, I want to have a least 1 volunteer project going all the time, it could be either in or out of school. I have already started this by volunteering to help with the school musical 'Cabaret', I will be helping with scenery, props and directing.
