- Going on a walk, I feel like this is a bit of an obvious thing to do in Autumn but it was the first thing that came into my mind. Get yourself wrapped up in lots of layers, grab a coffee/ hot chocolate to take with you and go for a walk through a park or through the woods or wherever you can get get away from everyone else for a few hours. Make sure you take a phone with you in case you get lost or need a lift back home.
- Go to a cafe or coffee shop. I love doing this with my mum, my friends and even just by myself to relax. I like to people watch, read a book or even do some homework sat in a lovely coffee shop where I can hide in my own little world with a vanilla latte, p.s. I really want to try a new flavour in my coffee, what would you recommend? I'm thinking maybe hazelnut or cinnamon?
- Re decorate your room, it doesn't have to be anything drastic like painting the walls and replacing your carpets, it can be as simple as changing your bed sheets up and adding a few new pillows. I think I might do a bit of decorating in my room this year so let me know if you want some before and after pictures!
- Do a DIY project. there are endless projects for you to try and it really doesn't matter if they go terribly wrong as long as you've had fun making them.
- Have a chick flick day. Get some of your friends together for a whole day of back-to-back chick flicks.
I hope you find some inspiration from this and share with me any activities you do this Autumn.
