REVIEW: Clarins - Instant Light Natural Lip Perfector

I have this in the shade 01 rose shimmer which is a gorgeous natural shade of pink. I wanted to do a review on this product because I have been using it for years as a lip balm/ gloss and am addicted to it. It makes my lips feel nourished and glossy without that sticky, thick feeling.  I would really recommend everyone trying this product, even if you don't plan on buying it that day, just go into a
store that sells Clarins products and ask to try it. I have found every person that works for Clarins to have been lovely and more than helpful, they would happily go the extra mile to help you find the right product for your personal needs.

Clarins describe it as 'A softly textured lip gel with a deliciously sweet scent. Lips are left looking soft, smooth, shiny and plump. Sheer, but has enough colour to wear alone or to complement your favourite lip shade' and I couldn't agree more.

I do feel I should mention the one downside to this product, the price. I wouldn't say its extortionate but it is on the pricier side for a lip balm/ gloss at £18. However, I think that for a high-end product that really does do the job, it is worth every penny even if you have to save up for it.

I like to use mine as a treat rather than continuously re-applying all day every day because I don't want to waste it. I use mine when I have particularly dry lips and when I do a moister mask on my face (twice a week) because I know that it will have the chance to soak into my skin instead of being rubbed off when I eat/ drink something.
