Snack time!

I know this is a bit of n unusual post but I wanted to share with you some great snack ideas if you're trying to be a bit healthier, or just want a bit of something different so here are a few of my favorite snack to make.
  1. Apple and Peanut butter - Slice your apple however you like it and put a dollop of peanut butter on plate you dip your apple slices into. The peanut butter contain protein which is really important to get enough of (and it's delicious!)
  2. Banana on Toast - If you're feeling quite hungry then this is a great option because the toast will fill you up and the banana will give you a slow release of energy throughout the day.
  3. Dry granola - this might sound a bit gross but I really love the extra nutty granola just to snack n with no milk anyone else get that? no? just me, okay.
  4. Carrot and cucumber sticks - chop them up and leave them in your fridge. I also really like celery with mine and that's good for your immune system!
  5. Fruit salad - I like to chop up my favorite fruits and put them in a bowl in the fridge for snacking throughout the day. Some fruits that I am currently including a ot are grapes, pineapple, strawberries, apple and raspberries.
Share your favorite snacks with me in the comments!
